As a Lead Barista problem solving and taking leadership is crucial for success at TB&TB. Taking ownership of your position and being the building blocks for the team is what we are looking for in this position. You will work hand in hand with the Store's Leader and be their right hand on the daily operations of your store.
Necessary Qualifications for this Position:
- Demonstrates the ability to consistently produce high-quality Latte Art in each beverage.
- Possesses expertise in dialing in Espresso andPourOver grinders for a flawless extraction
- Able to take on closing shifts and successfully finish the task in a timely manner.
- Capable of handling closing shifts and completing all tasks efficiently within the allocated time frame.
- Proficient in managing the fast-paced dynamics behind the bar, maintaining a clean and organized workflow while ensuring the delivery of quality drinks with quick turnaround times.
- Food Handlers Certification.

- Makes decisions at the store level and notifies Store Manager as well as ownership.
- Attend to our team members' concerns and solve them effectively.
- Identifies unprofessional and or toxic behaviors within your store team and addresses to keep a positive and safe work environment.
