Nordic Lights - Cold Brew is built from our Light & Dark. We start with a base of longer-developed beans that give structure and body: dark chocolate, toasted nuts, and a creamy finish.
Then we layer in 40% of a lighter roast, drawing out the fruity and floral notes, along with a touch of a gentle acidity. The result is a cold brew that is enjoyable to drink, rich and refreshing.
