A Farm Named in Continuity:
Finca Rosita exists as both a place and a remembrance. Named after Rosa Angélica Aramayo, the matriarch of the Valverde-Aramayo family, the farm carries her presence forward through the land she once guided. Across 32 hectares in the Illimani community of Caranavi, coffee is the sole focus cultivated with care across steep terrain shaped by mountain air and steady seasonal rhythms.
Finca Rosita:
Caranavi itself holds a unique role in Bolivia’s coffee history. Following agrarian reform in the 1960s, coffee became a foundation for the region.
Over decades, the focus shifted from volume toward refinement, supported by improved infrastructure, deeper agricultural knowledge, and a new generation of producers committed to elevating quality. Today, coffee is inseparable from the identity of the region, embedded into both its economy and culture. Finca Rosita reflects that evolution.
