A Family Legacy, Three Generations in the Making
Villa Pastora is a story of family, perseverance, and the quiet evolution of Colombian coffee. Located in the mountains of Palestina, Huila, the farm was established in the 1980s by Pastora Anacona, whose dedication to the land laid the foundation for what has become a third-generation coffee-producing family.
Today, Yulieth Mora and the Mora Ortega family continue that legacy with the same respect for the land, combining generations of experience with a thoughtful approach to producing coffees that are both expressive and beautifully refined.
Every harvest at Villa Pastora is approached with precision and patience. This Pink Bourbon undergoes an extended natural process that includes controlled oxidation, sealed-tank fermentation, and carefully monitored drying on raised beds.
The result is a cup that feels vibrant yet composed, revealing remarkable sweetness, layered fruit, and exceptional clarity from the first sip to the last.
