A Family Legacy, Three Generations in the Making

Villa Pastora is a story of family, perseverance, and the quiet evolution of Colombian coffee. Located in the mountains of Palestina, Huila, the farm was established in the 1980s by Pastora Anacona, whose dedication to the land laid the foundation for what has become a third-generation coffee-producing family.

Today, Yulieth Mora and the Mora Ortega family continue that legacy with the same respect for the land, combining generations of experience with a thoughtful approach to producing coffees that are both expressive and beautifully refined.

Every harvest at Villa Pastora is approached with precision and patience. This Pink Bourbon undergoes an extended natural process that includes controlled oxidation, sealed-tank fermentation, and carefully monitored drying on raised beds.

The result is a cup that feels vibrant yet composed, revealing remarkable sweetness, layered fruit, and exceptional clarity from the first sip to the last.

Beyond Their Own Farm

The Mora family believes exceptional coffee grows through collaboration as much as cultivation. Alongside producing their own coffees, Villa Pastora supports neighboring producers by providing fermentation guidance, drying facilities, and market access. They also purchase ripe cherry from surrounding farms, processing each lot with the same meticulous standards that define their own production.

Their work has become a catalyst for elevating coffee quality throughout the region while creating stronger opportunities for local farming families.

This naturally processed Pink Bourbon offers an elegant balance of fruit and sweetness. Bright notes of ripe strawberry lead the profile, followed by soft peach and a silky cream-like finish that gives the coffee remarkable texture and harmony.

A vibrant yet comforting expression of Huila, crafted by a family whose passion has shaped generations of exceptional coffee.
